WELCOME TO ST JOHN’S CHURCH, WIDNES, CHESHIRE
St John’s Church, is a friendly, open parish church. The worship area is modern, and is part of a Church Centre which is used by church organisations and local community groups all through the week. The mission of our church is to be a centre for worship, pastoral care and evangelism.
In addition to our Sunday worship, our Cell groups meet on a weekly basis in local homes.
The overall church leader is the Vicar, Revd. Canon David Gait, but our leadership is shared between a large group of people, including five licensed Readers. Our worship style is Open Evangelical.
